for manufacturing cold drawn of Stainless Steel Seamless & • “U” Tubes and Special Shapes
Welded Tubes/pipes with 15 pilger mills, bright annealing • Bright Annealed Tubes
furnace, 5 Draw benches, 3 tube mills etc.
MANUFACTURING RANGE
Cold finished Tubes / Pipes are produced out of quality
seamless hollows which are manufactured in house in unit-III. OD : 4 mm to 220 mm
Seamless hollows are either cold pilgered over pilger mills or THK : 0.5 mm to 25 mm
cold drawn over draw benches using precision tooling (dies & Length : Upto 31 Meters depending up on size
plugs) to achieve perfect dimensions and smooth surfaces.
GRADE & SPECIFICATIONS
Pilgered / Drawn tubes are subjected to heat treatment,
straightening and surface treatment. Finished tubes / pipes ASTM /ASME A/SA 213, 249, 269, 270, 312, 688, 376, 789
undergo various testing as per the specification /customer's TP 304, 304H, 304L, 304LN, 310, 316, 316L, 316H, 316Ti,
requirements followed by marking and packing. 316LN, 317, 317L, 321, 347, 347H, 405, 409, 410,
UNS 32205, UNS 32750, UNS 31803
